Marc has over 15 years in the Well Servicing/Drilling and Completions industry. He has a demonstrated history of driving strategic initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and achieving substantial revenue growth through innovative strategies. His expertise includes market analysis and client performance management systems, working closely with operations to cultivate high-performing teams across various service lines. Marc has been instrumental in taking Victory Well Servicing from a single rig startup to its current success.

Mike ensures the health and safety of crews and protects the environment during all operations, specializing in high-risk operational safety, particularly in live well environments. He leads safety training, conducts inspections and audits, and supports risk assessments to mitigate hazards. Hans Pasman
Field Supervisor
With 36 years of experience on workover rigs—including 21 years as a Rig Manager and time spent working in Australia—Hans now serves as a Field Supervisor at Victory. For the past 2.5 years, he has supported both field operations and office responsibilities, focusing on crew supervision, equipment oversight, safety, and administrative tasks. Hans is known for his troubleshooting abilities, steady leadership under pressure, and commitment to upholding Victory’s high standards through training, retention, and strong client relationships.
Brent Osmond
Field Supervisor
Brent brings 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 17 years leading operations as a Rig Manager. He has played a key part in overseeing rig operations, ensuring equipment is functioning properly, and supporting rig managers. Brent is known for problem-solving in the field, maintaining high safety and performance standards, and holding teams accountable to Victory’s expectations. Through regular site visits and close communication with oil company representatives, he helps drive continuous improvement and ensures smooth, efficient operations across all projects.

Steve has 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in rig operations, problem-solving, and delivering results under pressure. As a rig manager for 20 years, he led crews and managed Well Servicing operations, focusing on drill-outs, completions, and workovers—all with a commitment to safety and efficiency. Now in oilfield sales, Steve leverages his hands-on expertise to help clients find the right solutions. Dedicated to efficiency, safety, and performance, he ensures they receive the high-quality service Victory is known for.
