Safety at Victory Well Servicing is built through daily actions, not broad statements. Every shift depends on preparation, communication, and follow-through in the field. In 2026, we are sharpening that focus with a renewed commitment to participation, accountability, and measurable improvement across all crews.
This year’s initiative centers on one objective: continue driving down recordable incidents through consistent engagement at every level of the organization.
Leadership Driving Accountability
Victory’s Health, Safety, and Environment efforts are led by HSE Manager Mike Diaz. His responsibility spans training, field inspections, compliance oversight, and ongoing risk evaluation across operations.
Rather than introducing a new slogan or short-term campaign, the 2026 focus reinforces behaviors that already support safe operations:
Clear pre-shift planning
Active participation in Job Safety Analyses
Accurate and timely reporting
Visible leadership involvement in the field
Continuous training and development
As Mike explains:
“The goal is straightforward. We want every crew member to go home safe every day. That requires participation, awareness, and accountability on every shift.”
The emphasis is practical: reinforce expectations, measure participation, and make adjustments where needed.
Measuring What Happens in the Field
Victory’s updated safety initiative tracks indicators tied directly to daily performance.
These include:
Adherence to established job plans and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) – A Job Safety Analysis outlines the steps of a task, identifies potential hazards, and confirms the controls in place before work begins.
Near-miss and hazard reporting through KPA – KPA is Victory’s safety management system used to document observations, incidents, inspections, and corrective actions so nothing is missed.
Participation in safety meetings and Behavior-Based Safety observations
Attendance, retention, and ongoing training engagement
Recognition of crews and individuals who consistently demonstrate strong safety participation and accountability
The purpose of tracking these elements is not administrative. It is to identify patterns early, reinforce strong performance, and address small issues before they escalate.
Regular reviews allow leadership and crews to assess where standards are being upheld and where additional focus is required.
Reinforcing a Speak-Up Culture
A consistent theme across Victory operations is shared accountability.
Every crew member has stop-work authority. Every employee is expected to raise concerns when conditions shift or something does not align with the job plan. Supervisors reinforce that expectation by remaining visible and involved in inspections and safety discussions.
This structure supports:
Early hazard identification
Clear communication between roles
Reduced likelihood of preventable incidents
Greater consistency from shift to shift
Open reporting through KPA ensures that near misses and observations are documented, reviewed, and acted on.
Supporting Crews and Clients
For crews, this approach provides clarity. Expectations are consistent. Leadership is engaged. Feedback loops are active.
For clients, it reinforces confidence that work is executed within defined procedures and monitored continuously.
Strong safety participation also supports operational stability. When crews follow structured plans, communicate clearly, and address risks early, downtime is reduced and execution becomes more predictable.
Moving Forward in 2026
Victory’s 2026 safety commitment is not about dramatic change. It is about strengthening what already works.
Increased participation
Consistent documentation
Clear accountability
Ongoing education
Measured performance
The objective remains simple and steady: reduce incidents by reinforcing disciplined execution across every crew and every location.
Safety performance improves when everyone participates. That remains the focus moving forward.
